1. Who we are

Pairmo is owned and operated by Pairmo Labs SRL, a company registered in Romania ("Pairmo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Pairmo is

Pairmo is a matching platform. Users publish cards describing what they offer or what they are looking for across domains such as travel, jobs, sports, rentals, pets and services. Pairmo connects users whose searches correspond; it is not a party to any agreement, transaction, employment relationship, tenancy or meeting that results from a match.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pairmo. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and cards, and for keeping your credentials secure. One person — one account.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you publish (photos, card text, posts). You grant Pairmo a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. Content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes the rights of others may be removed and may lead to account suspension.

5. Matches, meetings and disputes between users

Pairmo acts solely as the platform that connects users. We are not responsible for, and are not a party to, disputes, disagreements or damages arising between users — including those related to matches, meetings, trips, jobs, rentals or any other interaction initiated through the platform. Exercise the same judgement you would anywhere else when meeting people or entering agreements.

6. Paid features

Some features are paid (points, plans, boosts). Prices are shown before purchase. Points have no cash value outside the platform and are non-transferable. Consumed features (e.g. an applied boost) are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

7. Partner results and sponsored content

When your own results run out, Pairmo may show results from partner platforms, and in some placements clearly labelled sponsored content. Only your search parameters are shared with partners — never your identity. Leaving Pairmo through a partner link takes you to a service governed by that partner's own terms.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairmo Labs SRL is not liable for indirect damages or for the conduct of users or third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes arising from the use of the platform fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (including your rights under EU law).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
